1. Is your product made of genuine leather?

All of our products are made of genuine leather of superior quality. This is guaranteed.

2. When can you send out the product after I place the order?

Since all our products are handmade, products out of stock may need around 5 business days to be produced. We will send out products within 3-5 business days.

3. What express do you use to deliver products?

Usually we use USPS/EMS/DHL or some other fast expresses to deliver the product. Generally, the product may arrive at you around 6-8 business days. While for some special condition, for instance, holidays or terrible weather conditions, delivery might be delayed.

4. What is your payment mode?

We accept PAYPAL payment.

5. What is your Return or Exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund or replacement of the goods you ordered. In this situation, the goods should be returned to us in good condition for reselling. We will refund or make replacement as soon as we get the returned products.

As to the express fees arised from the above situation, we will burden the express fee if the return or exchange is caused due to product quality problems. Otherwise, the buyer needs to pay for the round trip freight costs as well as other costs, such as Custom tax or duty.

If the product is charged of Customs Duty or Tax when it arrives in the customer's country Customs Office, then customer shall be responsible for relating Custom clearance and relating costs.

6. Will there be other costs?

Customs House of some countries might have a spot check on some DHL or UPS parcels. If the parcel was unluckly chosen for check, there might be Customs duty or VAT cost from the Customs. Express company will charge it on behalf of the authorities. Although this rarely happens, customers are responsible for this cost if it happens.
